Kondensatoren sollten mindestens 24 Stunden lang bei Raumtemperatur abgek\u00fchlt werden, damit sich das Keramikmaterial zur\u00fccksetzen (altern) kann.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>MSL-EBENE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>MSL (Moisture Sensitivity Level) ist 1<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>EMPFOHLENE L\u00d6TPROFILE (REFERENZ)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>In der Regel w\u00e4hlt der Anwender die Methode und den Prozess, die f\u00fcr seine Anwendung am besten geeignet sind, wobei er Faktoren wie den Typ, die Empfehlungen des Herstellers f\u00fcr den L\u00f6ttest und die N\u00e4he der Bauteile auf der Leiterplatte, die Ausr\u00fcstung usw. ber\u00fccksichtigt.<\/p>\n<p>Die gleichen Kriterien gelten f\u00fcr bleifreie (Pb) Klemmen. Nat\u00fcrlich sollten die Normen auch f\u00fcr bleifreie (Pb) Montagepasten gelten.<\/p>\n<p>Die eutektische Temperatur der Beschichtungslegierung bestimmt die Mindestgrenzen f\u00fcr die Temperatur des L\u00f6tprozesses.<\/p>\n<p>Der minimale L\u00f6ttemperaturbereich sollte mindestens 5 \u00b0C bis 10 \u00b0C h\u00f6her sein als die eutektische Temperatur der Beschichtungslegierung (gem\u00e4\u00df Fachliteratur).<\/p>\n<p>Die Bauelemente m\u00fcssen lange genug auf der Spitzenl\u00f6ttemperatur gehalten werden, um die ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfe Benetzung der L\u00f6tverbindungen zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.
