Houd rekening met deze factoren bij het gebruik van deze soldeerprofielen. Dit zijn slechts aanbevelingen en er worden geen garanties gegeven.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>TESTEN VAN ONDERDELEN NA REFLOW\/REWORK VOOR MLCC'S:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Alle componententests na reflow\/rework moeten na \u2265 24 uur worden uitgevoerd om nauwkeurige capaciteitswaardemetingen te garanderen. Condensatoren moeten minimaal 24 uur bij kamertemperatuur worden afgekoeld om het keramische materiaal te laten resetten (verouderen).<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>MSL-NIVEAU<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>MSL (vochtgevoeligheidsniveau) is 1<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>AANBEVOLEN SOLDEERPROFIELEN (REFERENTIE)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Gewoonlijk kiest de gebruiker de methode en het proces die het meest geschikt zijn voor zijn eigen toepassing, rekening houdend met factoren zoals type, de aanbevelingen van de fabrikant voor de soldeertest en de nabijheid van componenten op de printplaat, apparatuur, enz.<\/p>\n<p>Dezelfde criteria zijn van toepassing op loodvrije (Pb)-vrije terminals. Uiteraard moeten de normen relevant zijn voor lood(Pb)-vrije montagepasta's.<\/p>\n<p>De eutectische temperatuur van de plateringslegering bepaalt de minimumgrenzen van de temperatuur van het soldeerproces.<\/p>\n<p>Het minimale soldeertemperatuurbereik moet minstens 5 \u00b0C tot 10 \u00b0C hoger zijn dan de eutectische temperatuur van de platinglegering (volgens de technische literatuur).<\/p>\n<p>De apparaten moeten lang genoeg op de pieksoldeertemperatuur worden gehouden om de soldeerverbindingen goed nat te maken.
