Leve esses fatores em considera\u00e7\u00e3o ao usar esses perfis de solda. Eles s\u00e3o apenas recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es e n\u00e3o implicam em nenhuma garantia.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p><strong>TESTE DE COMPONENTES AP\u00d3S REFLUXO\/RETRABALHO PARA MLCC'S:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>Todos os testes de componentes ap\u00f3s o refluxo\/retrabalho devem ser realizados ap\u00f3s \u2265 24 horas para garantir medi\u00e7\u00f5es precisas do valor da capacit\u00e2ncia. Obviamente, os padr\u00f5es devem ser pertinentes \u00e0s pastas de montagem sem chumbo (Pb).<\/p>\n<p>A temperatura eut\u00e9tica da liga de revestimento determina os limites m\u00ednimos da temperatura do processo de soldagem.<\/p>\n<p>A faixa m\u00ednima de temperatura de soldagem deve ser pelo menos 5 \u00b0C a 10 \u00b0C mais alta do que a temperatura eut\u00e9tica da liga de revestimento (de acordo com a literatura t\u00e9cnica).<\/p>\n<p>Os dispositivos devem ser mantidos na temperatura de pico de soldagem por tempo suficiente para garantir o umedecimento adequado das conex\u00f5es de solda.
