Consumer Electronics: Piezo switches are commonly found in home automation systems and consumer appliances. Their durability and sensitivity make them ideal for products that require frequent use.
Industrial and Automotive Uses: Piezo switches are used in control panels, automotive electronics, and factory automation systems, where reliability and long lifespan are critical.
Medical and Control Systems: Piezo switches are also used in medical devices and control systems, where precision and hygiene are paramount.

From your idea to reliable switch on your panel, we keep the process clear and predictable. Our team is used to working with distributors, wholesalers and OEM/ODM brands, so the whole flow is built around fast response, engineering support and long-term supply stability.
Share your target market, application, annual volume and basic technical requirements (size, rating, IP level, illumination, logo, etc.). Our sales engineers help you quickly narrow down whether a catalog model is enough or a custom solution will serve you better.
Based on your brief, our engineer team recommends suitable piezo switch series and configuration options such as contact type, terminals, and materials. You receive a clear datasheet proposal and, if needed, initial drawings for your engineering review.
Once the specification is confirmed, we prepare samples for electrical, mechanical and environmental testing on your side. During this stage, our engineers stay in close contact with your team to fine-tune details like actuation feel, LED effect and panel fit.
For customized actuators, engraving or special housings, we confirm drawings and arrange tooling if necessary. Final specifications, labeling and packaging details are locked only after your written approval, ensuring what you receive matches exactly what you validated.
Production follows standardized work instructions with 100% critical function testing and sampling inspections for performance and appearance. We use traceable batches and documented QC records so your brand and distributors can rely on consistent quality over the long term.
We coordinate shipment terms and delivery plans based on your stock strategy and project schedule. After delivery, our team continues to support you with technical documents, training materials and prompt response for any after-sales questions.
To move quickly, we usually ask for your panel cut-out size (for example 12, 16, 19, 22, 25 or 30 mm), required operating voltage and current, IP/IK rating, material preference (aluminum, anodized aluminum, stainless steel 316L or plastic), and estimated annual volume. If you already have drawings or samples, sharing those will help our engineers propose an equivalent or optimized custom solution much faster.
Piezo switches use solid-state piezoelectric technology, so there are no moving mechanical parts inside the switch. This gives them an extremely long life (often 20–50 million cycles or more) and excellent resistance to shock, vibration, dirt and moisture, making them ideal for harsh or high-duty environments.
You can customize hole diameter, head shape (flat, concave, low profile), body material and color (including natural, black, red, blue, green, gold anodizing), LED illumination (ring or dot, single or multi-color), pulse duration and output type. We can also tailor wire length, gasket thickness, connector type and engraving to match your panel design and assembly process.
Yes. Langir piezo switches feature a fully closed metal surface and one-piece construction, achieving IP68/IP69K sealing for protection against dust, water immersion and high-pressure washdown. This makes them particularly well suited for outdoor machines, fuel pumps, car wash stations, weighing stations, as well as hygienic applications in medical and food-processing equipment.
Of course. We normally provide 1–2 piezo switches free of charge and only ask you to cover the express freight or share your courier account. This allows your engineering and quality teams to perform full validation in your real application before you commit to a larger or long-term order.
If the requested model is in stock, we can usually ship it within about 3 days. For customized versions, the lead time depends on the level of customization and quantity, and our team will confirm a realistic schedule with you as early as the quotation stage so you can plan your project timeline.
Langir is certified to ISO9001 and ISO14001 and has established a full set of incoming, in-process and final test procedures for piezo switches. With precision machining, controlled assembly and functional tests (including sealing, impact and life tests), we ensure that each batch meets the same electrical, mechanical and appearance standards your brand requires.
Our piezo switches are widely used in outdoor payment and fueling systems, transportation equipment, industrial machinery, access control, marine systems and other applications exposed to harsh conditions. They are also chosen when silent operation, long life and vandal resistance are critical, for example in public terminals and professional equipment.
Yes. We regularly work with distributors and OEM/ODM brands and can supply custom body colors, engravings, labels and packaging that match your brand image. At the early stage of a project, we can discuss flexible MOQs for several variants, helping you test the market before scaling up to higher volumes.
You can receive detailed drawings, technical data sheets, wiring guidance and, when needed, engineering explanations of piezo technology for your team and end customers. Our technicians are available to support you from initial design and prototype tuning through to troubleshooting in the field, ensuring your projects run smoothly over the entire product lifecycle.
